What documents are required for an appraisal

» actual extract from the Land Register
» Extract from the Cadastral Map
» Extract from the Land Charges Register
» Certificate regarding recoupment charge for local public infrastructure
» Architectural drawings / plans
» if possible: site plan
» declaration of division (only flats)

What happens when you can not provide certain documents

The data required for the valuation data can, of course, be obtained from us. The resulting costs are passed 1:1 to the client without any further premiums.

How long does the processing of the order take

If all documents are available the valuations orders are processed very quickly, partly within a few days. Usually we need about 3 weeks to complete.
